Sponsorships

In addition to receiving mentions of the sponsorship through the meeting application and general session, a free-standing sign at the registration desk, and signage throughout meeting indicating sponsorship, the sponsor can select the Wi-Fi password. At select meetings, Wi-Fi sponsorship and details will be featured on back of attendee name badges.

In the mobile app on the splash page, banner ad will say “Mobile App Sponsored by…”. Sponsor will also receive a dedicated button on the app’s landing page linking to information of sponsor’s choosing. This sponsorship also includes mention of the sponsorship through various meeting communications including recognition during the meeting as well as signage at the registration desk.

Sponsor can post an article or video under a dedicated button on the mobile app’s landing page. Content is subject to review and must be educational for attendees.

The sponsor will receive an opportunity to have a banner ad or primary logo placement (sponsored by…) at the footer of the post-meeting summary (includes highlights from the meeting) sent to all attendees.

Sponsor will provide 3–5-minute video that will be shared during the meeting before or after break. Limited number of opportunities available.

Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on charging station and will remain throughout the length of the meeting. Sponsor will receive additional recognition through the meeting app, inviting attendees to utilize charging station.

Includes signage “Thank you to our Platinum Sponsor…” placed in high traffic location and a seat-drop opportunity where sponsor can have a flyer left on each seat of the general session room. Sponsors can add additional info into their mobile app page including social media sites and links to product info. Sponsor will receive a dedicated column wrap (at select meetings) for extra visibility. Includes two additional attendees. This can be added to gold exhibit package. Limited opportunities available.

Programs will feature a live advisory segment where the meeting moderator will engage the audience through live survey questions. Companies can participate by submitting up to five questions prior to the meeting. Questions will be asked live, and results will be seen immediately. Questions are subject to review. Limited number of opportunities available.
